Linking you to community information from Grafton to Tweed


DAISI is a free confidential service giving information on services and supports available to assist people with disabilities, aged people and their families, carers and advocates. DAISI is located on the Far North Coast of New South Wales and service from Grafton in the south, north to Tweed Heads and Byron Bay in the east to as far west as Woodenbong.


DAISI is the home to projects such as The Working Carers Gateway, Grandcarer and Youth Initiative and the Resilient Youth Project . To find out more about these projects, go to the Projects Menu.


Our DAISI website has loads of helpful information including a "Latest News & Events" section and
our LINCS database can give you access to over 500 service and progams in our region.

Northern Rivers Community Transport (NRCT) is conducting this survey in order to find out more about the transport needs of Lismore residents who travel in wheelchairs or use mobility aids. NRCT will use this knowledge to develop services or advocate for appropriate services within the Lismore region. Your name is not required and your confidentiality is assured.

A recent report by the Centre for Corporate Public Affairs found that not-for-profit organisations are experiencing a reduction in investment income, corporate funding and funding from philanthropic trusts and foundations, impacting on their ability to provide services to their increasing client base.
